REQUIREMENTS + RECOMMENDATIONS

BARTENDER

You are required to book our partner Bubbly Bartending for events with ANY alcohol. They meet all requirements and are 100% legally compliant. Plus, they are pretty talented and extremely knowledgeable.

CATERING

We provide the venue, decor, and accessories only and do not provide catering, food supplies, drinks, ice, or serving staff. We do not have a kitchen, staging, or prep area.

Although not a requirement, we strongly prefer that you pick from this list of insured and certified caterers. They know our venue very well and meet all of our requirements.

If you want to use someone other than those who are on our list, have not been to our venue before, and are staying on-site during your event, current certifications and proof of insurance are required, along with Station House 7 added as additional insured. They must also do a walkthrough in person (preferably) or online prior to your event if they have not been to Station House 7.

IMPORTANT:You are required to inform us of your caterer choice before booking them. There are some companies that we do not permit at Station House 7 because they do not meet our standards and requirements. Never, ever hire a catering company that is not insured and/or does not have nor follows current food safety certifications. You risk everyone’s health and safety.

Optionally, you can also bring in your own food, but hiring a licensed and insured caterer is strongly preferred. They will follow all Pennsylvania food laws and certifications. Plus, they give you peace of mind so that you can focus on your event.
