CATERING + BAR REQUIREMENTS
Bartender
You are required to book our partner Bubbly Bartending for events with ANY alcohol. They meet all requirements and are 100% legally compliant. Plus, they are pretty talented and extremely knowledgeable.
Catering
We provide the venue, decor, and accessories only and do not provide catering, food supplies, drinks, ice, or serving staff. We do not have a kitchen, staging, or prep area.
Although not a requirement, we do strongly prefer that you pick from this list of insured and certified caterers. They know our venue very well and meet all of our requirements.
If you want to use someone other than who is on our list, have not been here and they are staying on-site during your event, current certifications and proof of insurance are required, along with Station House 7 added as additional insured. They are also required to do a walkthrough in person or online prior to your event.
IMPORTANT: You are required to inform us of your caterer choice before booking them. There are some companies that we do not permit at Station House 7 because they do not meet our standards and requirements. Never, ever hire a catering company that is not insured and/or does not have nor follows current food safety certifications. You risk everyone’s health and safety.
Optionally, you can also bring in your own food, but hiring a licensed and insured caterer is strongly preferred. They will follow all Pennsylvania food laws and certifications. Plus, they give you peace of mind so that you can focus on your event.

Bistro-To-Go
We highly recommend them for any event at Station House 7. They take pride in their displays as much as their cuisine. They book quickly so don’t wait too long to reach out to them. Tip: They also partner with Eventioneers a fantastic rental company if you would like to have china and glassware for your event (as well as other rental items).
Eighty Acres Kitchen
Located in Plum, Eighty Acres provides upscale and refined faire that will be sure to impress and specializes in events of our size. Tip: When choosing a salad on their menu, their Caesar salad is outstanding!

This long-standing, budget-friendly company offers a variety of options. Tip: You can your cake or other desserts there. Get it all in one place.
Millie’s
They offer just about anything you need - from savory to sweet. Their portions, display, and flavor are truly impressive. Tip: Get their grazing table!
Pittsburgh BBQ Company
We absolutely love this fellow Delmont small business! You are not limited to only BBQ fare. They also have additional, more traditional catering menus that you will love. Tip: If you do BBQ, you must get their mouthwatering brisket!
Sweet Buzz Bean and Bistro
A great pick for a shower or brunch, but offers a variety of delicious menu choices for any time of day or evening. Tip: Add on their awesome coffee bar.
